Donate to CI!

Cabbagetown Initiative's mission is to enhance the quality of life in the Cabbagetown community by empowering neighbors to act collectively for community preservation and providing support and guidance for future growth. We are committed to maintaining the Cabbagetown Park for generations to come. We also work to provide Community Center programming and activities for Cabbagetown neighbors. All proceeds are tax deductible - please give to this great non-profit!

CI would like to thank State Street Global Advisors for their gift of $5000.00. This donation will be used to build our picnic area behind the community center. We are very excited to have such a wonderful company support our efforts in Cabbagetown.
Cabbagetown Initiative would like to thank AGAVE for donating some of their proceeds from their famous CINCO DE MAYO PARTY to the C-Town Park. Agave is a great local southwestern restaurant in the heart of Cabbagetown and we are thankful to have them in our community! Visit their website at "Read More" for more information on their food and drink specials.   Read More...

So, THE PARK PLANS ARE OUT AND CONTRACTORS ARE BIDDING ON THEM AT THIS MOMENT. The contractors will be placing their bids for the building of Cabbagetown Park until March 16. There is also a pre-bid meeting on February 23 where the contractors will come and ask CI and the architect from ECO’s specific questions about the park. We are very excited that this is finally happening!
